Will God answer all our prayers?

Surely, if we ask in His name and according to His will. "And whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son" (Jn. 14:13). "Now this is the confidence we have in Him, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us" (1 In. 5:14).

If we are sure that he hears, then we have already attained when we have petitioned (V. 15). "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil" (1 Pet. 3:12) Cfr. Jn. 9:31. Reconciliation with our brethren is a must for any prayer or offering to be accepted by God (Mt. 5:23-24, Mk. 11:25, Cor. 3:13).
